The Tuatha Dé Danann ("fowks o the goddess Danu", Modern Irish pronunciation: [t̪ˠuə(hi) dʲeː d̪ˠanˠən̪ˠ] (Wast/North), Modern Irish pronunciation: [t̪ˠuəhə dʲeː d̪ˠan̪ˠən̪ˠ] (South), Old Irish: [t̪uaθa d̪ʲeː d̪anan̪]) are a race o fowk in Erse meethologie. In the invasions tradeetion which begins wi the Lebor Gabála Érenn, they are the fift group tae settle Ireland, conquerin the island frae the Fir Bolg.
