The Telford Steam Railway (TSR) is a heritage railwey located at Horsehay, Telford in Shropshire, Ingland, formed in 1976. The railwey is operated bi volunteers on Sundays an Bank Holidays from Easter tae the end o September, an at Christmas. Its official business name is the Telford Horsehay Steam Trust (THST), an it is a registered charity.

Telford Steam Railway operates over a portion o the Wellington and Severn Junction railway (W&SJR). The line tae Lightmoor an beyond tae Buildwas was constructed bi the Wenlock, Craven Arms and Lightmoor Extension Railway. Both o these became a part o the Wellington to Craven Arms Railway. For most o its wirking life the line was operated bi the Great Western Railway an subsequently the Western Region o British Railways.
