The Sengoku period (戦国時代, Sengoku jidai, c. 1467 – c. 1573) is a period in Japanese history merkit bi social upheaval, poleetical intrigue an near-constant militar conflict that—lik its itherwise unrelatit auncient Cheenese namesake—is forby kent as the Warrin States period.[1]
