It proponed the gradual aboleetion o border checks at the signatories' common borders. Measurs proponed includit reduced speed vehicle checks which allaed vehicles tae cross borders wioot stopping, allaeing o residents in border auries freedom tae cross borders away frae fixed checkpynts an the harmonisation o visa policies.[1]
