Neebourin destricts are Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis, Oberbergischer Kreis, Altenkirchen, Neuwied, Ahrweiler, Euskirchen, Rhein-Erft-Kreis, the urban destrict o Cologne. Nearly completely surroondit bi the destrict is the ceety o Bonn.
