Princess Marie o Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach (Marie Alexandrine Anne Sophie Auguste Helene; 20 Januar 1849 – 6 May 1922) was the eldest dochter o Karl Alexander, Grand Duke o Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach an his wife Princess Sophie o the Netherlands.

Through her mither, Marie wis seicont-in-line tae the Dutch throne efter her nephew Wilhelm Ernst, Grand Duke o Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach frae 1900 tae the birth o Princess Juliana in 1909. As her nephew wis expected to abdicate his right tae the throne in favor o retaining his teetle, Marie was expected tae directly inherit the Dutch Crown upon the possible daith o her still childless cousin Wilhelmina. The birth o Juliana subsequently changed the succession.
