The Order o Leopold (Dutch: Leopoldsorde, French: Ordre de Léopold, German: Leopoldsorden) is ane o the three current Belgian national honorar orders o knighthood. It is the oldest and highest order o Belgium an is named in honour o its foonder; King Leopold I. It consists o a militar, a maritime an a civil division. The maritime division is only awardit tae personnel o the merchant navy, an the militar division tae militar personnel. The decoration wis established on 11 Julie 1832 and is awardit bi Ryal order.
