Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, which haed oreeginally been envisagit as a PC release, subsequently became a PlayStation 4 exclusive. Curry describes Rapture as "the first time I wad say that A wrote a truly interactive score".
In October 2015 Curry announced via her blog on The Chinese Room's wabsteid that she wis leavin her role wi the studio. She statit that her decision wis based on various factors includin a degenerative condition, the stress that she felt frae the studio’s relationship wi a commercial publisher an her treatment as a female in the gemme industry.
Efter her depairtur frae The Chinese Room, Curry embarkit on various ither projects includin a collaboration wi Poet Laureate Carol Ann Duffy which saw poems bi Duffy performit tae muisic by Curry an ithers at Durham Cathedral in Julie 2016 as pairt o centenary remembrance o the Battle o the Somme.
