Henri de La Tour d'Auvergne, Viscoont o Turenne often simply Turenne (11 September 1611 – 27 Julie 1675) wis a French Marshal General an the most illustrious member o the Hoose o La Tour d'Auvergne.. His military exploits over his five-decade career earned him a reputation as one o the greatest generals in modern history. He wis buried at the Ryal Basilica o St Denis but Napoleon haed his remain moved tae Les Invalides in Paris where they remain today. He wis a brither o Frédéric Maurice de La Tour d'Auvergne, Duke o Bouillon an uncle o the Cardinal de Bouillon an great uncle o the Coont o Évreux. Turenne also worked alongside Louis de Bourbon, Prince o Condé "Le Grand Condé"
