Eric Allin Cornell (born December 19, 1961) is an American pheesicist wha, alang wi Carl E. Wieman, wis able tae seenthesize the first Bose–Einstein condensate in 1995. For thair efforts, Cornell, Wieman, an Wolfgang Ketterle shared the Nobel Prize in Pheesics in 2001.
