Enzo Anselmo Ferrari, Cavaliere di Gran Croce OMRI[2] (pronounced [ˈɛntso anˈsɛlmo ferˈrari]; 18 Februar 1898[3] – 14 August 1988) wis an Italian motor racin driver an entrepreneur, the foonder o the Scuderia Ferrari Grand Prix motor racin team, an subsequently o the Ferrari automobile marque. He wis widely kent as "il Commendatore" or "il Drake". In his feenal years he wis eften referred tae as "l'Ingegnere" or "il Grande Vecchio (the Great Auld Man)".
