The Order o the Brithers o the Blessed Virgin Mary o Mount Carmel or Carmelites (sometimes simply Carmel bi synecdoche; Laitin: Ordo Fratrum Beatissimæ Virginis Mariæ de Monte Carmelo) is a Roman Catholic releegious order foondit, probably in the 12t century, on Moont Carmel, hence its name.
