Buckhynde (in Inglish "Buckhaven") is a small toon near Methul in Scotland. For twa hundrid years it wis the biggist' fishing toon in the wirld. Until the 50's when it wis oer-taken by Oben. It recently got a new high schil caed "Levenmooth Acaedemy" which combined "Kirchland" and "Buckhynde" high schil. As of 2001 it has 16,391 people. Probably around 16,240 including Methul as i'2006.

As i' 1831 Buckhynde wis the 2nd laergest fishing toon in Scotland wi' a repirted 198 boats. By the 1860's it became maer o i' fishing.
