Ayn Rand (born Alisa Zinov'yevna Rosenbaum, Roushie: Али́са Зино́вьевна Розенба́ум; February 2 [A.S. January 20] 1905 – Mairch 6, 1982) wis a Roushie-American novelist, filosofer,[1] playwricht, an screenwriter. She is kent for her twa best-sellin novelles, The Fountainhead an Atlas Shrugged, an for developin a filosofical seestem she cried Objectivism. Eddicatit in Roushie, she muived tae the Unitit States in 1926. She haed a play produced on Broadway in 1935–1936. Efter twa early novelles that war initially unsuccessfu in Americae, she achieved fame wi her 1943 novelle, The Fountainhead.
