Albert II, (born 6 Juin 1934) is the umwhile Keeng o the Belgians, a constitutional monarch, servin frae 1993 tae his abdication in 2013. He is a member o the ryal hoose "o Belgium"; formerly this hoose wis named Saxe-Coburg-Gotha. He is the uncle o the current reignin Grand Duke o Luxembourg, Henri, an faither o the current Belgian king, Philippe.[1]
