Lystrosaurus ('shuil lizard'; proper Greek is λίστρον lístron ‘tuil for levelin or smuithin, shuil, spade, howe’) wis a yerbivorous genus o Late Permian an Early Triassic Period dicynodont therapsids, that leeved aroond 250 million years agae in whit is nou Antarcticae, Indie, Cheenae, Mongolie, European Roushie an Sooth Africae.
