Beheira Govrenorate

Beheira Govrenorate (Arabic: ‏محافظة البحيرةMuḥāfaẓat al Buḥaira) is a coastal governorate in Egyp. Locatit in the north o the kintra in the Nile Delta, its caipital is Damanhur.

Beheira govrenorate enjoys an important strategical place, wast o the Rosetta branch o the Nile. It comprises fower important heich-gates, namely the Cairo-Alexandria desert road, the Cairo agricultural road, the internaitional road an the circular road. Beheira govrenorate is an aa home tae a number o the maist important Coptic monasteries in Wadi El Natrun (Scetes).
